Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Antibody를 상온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris와 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C에서 45분간 가열 후, 상온에서 20분간 냉각하는 단계가 필요합니다.
Target Information
Albumin은 혈청 단백질의 약 절반을 구성하는 수용성 단량체 단백질로, 스테로이드, 지방산, 갑상선 호르몬의 운반체 역할을 합니다. 또한 세포 외액의 체적 안정화에 기여합니다.
Albumin은 분자량 약 65,000의 구형 비당화 단백질이며, 간에서 preproalbumin 형태로 합성되어 N-말단 펩타이드가 제거된 후 rough ER에서 분비됩니다. 이후 Golgi 소포에서 proalbumin이 절단되어 최종적으로 분비형 albumin이 생성됩니다.
