Target Information
MAP1LC3C (LC3C)는 MAP1 LC3 계열에 속하며, 효모 Atg8의 인간 상동체입니다. 자가포식소(autophagosome) 형성에 관여하며, 보존된 C-말단 Gly 잔기 이후의 단백질 분해 절단을 통해 생성됩니다. 본 항체는 LC3C의 전구 펩타이드(prepeptide)에 특이적입니다.
