BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit

The BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit provides premixed reagents for Sanger sequencing reactions. Its robust and flexible chemistry is ideal for de novo sequencing, resequencing, and finishing with PCR product, plasmid, fosmid, and BAC templates.

The Cathode Buffer Container includes 1X running buffer for electrophoresis on 3500 and SeqStudio Flex analyzers.
Each container has two compartments:

• Left: cathode buffer for electrophoresis
• Right: capillary wash and spent polymer waste ejection

Anode Buffer Containers (ABC)
