Target Information
NELFB is a subunit of the negative elongation factor (NELF) complex, which includes NELFA (WHSC2), either NELFC or NELFD (TH1L), and NELFE (RDBP). Together with SPT4 (SUPT4H1), it causes transcriptional pausing of RNA polymerase II (Narita et al., 2003).
