For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD68 (Macrosialin) is a 110 kDa integral membrane glycoprotein predominantly expressed in intracellular lysosomes of monocytes and macrophages, and to a lesser extent in dendritic cells and peripheral blood granulocytes.
It is involved in phagocytic activity of tissue macrophages, including intracellular lysosomal metabolism and extracellular cell-cell or cell-pathogen interactions.
CD68 expression is observed in interdigitating reticulum cells in tonsil, histiocytic lymphoma, histiocytosis, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and granulocytic sarcoma. Elevated expression has been reported in CD34+ cells across various human malignancies, including AML.
