Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Integrin-linked kinase (ILK) is a serine/threonine protein kinase that interacts with the cytoplasmic domain of beta-1 integrin. It contains four ankyrin-like repeats and functions as a proximal receptor kinase regulating integrin-mediated signal transduction. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
