Target Information

The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope (Pk) on the P and V proteins of simian virus 5 (SV5).
Typically, the V5 tag includes all 14 amino acids (GKPIPNPLLGLDST), but it may also be used in a shorter 9 amino acid form (IPNPLLGLD).
