For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

CD23 is a 45 kDa glycoprotein expressed on a subset of peripheral blood and tonsil B cells, and strongly expressed on EBV-transformed B lymphoblasts. It is identical to the low-affinity IgE receptor found on B cells.
Expression of CD23 has been observed in neoplastic cells from cases of B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia and certain lymphomas. Functionally, CD23 is involved in B cell growth, differentiation, and IgE production. Its soluble form acts as a potent mitogenic factor.
Diseases associated with CD23 dysfunction include chronic conjunctivitis and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
