Product Specific Information
RA3-6B2 모노클로날 항체는 Mouse CD45의 exon A 제한적 아이소폼(220 kDa)을 인식합니다. CD45R/B220 epitope은 Pro-B에서 성숙 B 세포까지 B 세포 계열에 주로 발현되며, 일부 활성화된 T 세포, LAK 세포, NK 세포 전구체에서도 발현됩니다.
Flow Cytometry 분석에 적합하며, Mouse spleen 세포에서 0.5 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능합니다.
Alexa Fluor 561은 575 nm에서 방출하며, Yellow-Green Laser(Excitation 558 nm)로 검출됩니다. Spectral cytometer에서 PE 및 PE-eFluor 610과 multiplexing 가능.
Swiss Webster 및 SJL 마우스에서 비특이적 염색이 관찰되었으며, BALB/c 및 C57BL/6에서는 관찰되지 않았습니다.

CD45는 혈액세포에 특이적으로 발현되며, T/B 세포 수용체 신호 조절에 필수적입니다. 다양한 아이소폼은 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 생성되며, 세포 유형 및 생리 상태에 따라 발현이 달라집니다.
CD45는 Src-family kinase 조절, integrin 신호 경로 조절, 세포 생존 및 apoptosis 관련 DNA fragmentation에 관여합니다.
CD45RA는 특정 림프구 아형에 제한적으로 발현되며, CD45 기능 이상은 중증복합면역결핍증(SCID) 및 Hepatitis C 등과 관련됩니다.
