TRAM (TRIF-related adaptor molecule, TICAM2)은 TLR4의 MyD88-비의존적 신호전달에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 혈관 내피세포에서 TRAM의 기능적 결핍은 TLR4 신호를 MyD88-의존 경로로 제한합니다. 내피세포에서 TRAM cDNA의 과발현은 LPS 유도 Trif-의존적 NF-κB 활성화 및 CXCL10 프로모터 활성을 재구성합니다.
