Target Information
CD73 (Ecto-5-prime-nucleotidase, 5-prime-ribonucleotide phosphohydrolase)는 중성 pH에서 퓨린 5'-모노뉴클레오티드를 뉴클레오사이드로 전환하는 효소로, 선호하는 기질은 AMP입니다.
CD73은 두 개의 동일한 70 kDa 서브유닛으로 구성된 이합체 형태이며, 외부 플라즈마막에 글리코실 포스파티딜이노시톨 결합으로 부착되어 있습니다.
CD73은 림프구 분화의 마커로 사용되며, 결핍 시 다양한 면역결핍 질환이 발생할 수 있습니다.
CD73 유전자는 인간 염색체 6q14–q21에 위치하며, 결함이 있을 경우 관절 및 동맥 석회화, 장 결핵 등의 질환을 유발할 수 있습니다.
두 가지 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 전사체 변형이 보고되었습니다.
