Target Information
Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies는 rabbit immunoglobulin에 대한 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체로, 검출, 분류 또는 정제에 유용함.
다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)에 활용 가능하며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 감도 향상 가능.
일반적으로 host 동물에 target species의 immunoglobulin을 주입하여 생성되며, 추가 정제 및 변형(면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등)을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 제작됨.
