This monoclonal antibody CSTEM26 reacts with human CD318, also known as CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1) and Trask.

Target Information

CDCP1 is a transmembrane protein containing three extracellular CUB domains. It is overexpressed in colon and lung cancers, and its expression correlates with metastatic potential of carcinoma cells. CDCP1 is located on the cell surface and can be tyrosine phosphorylated in cancer cell lines. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
