Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MRG15 is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase (HAT) complex, involved in transcriptional activation of select genes through acetylation of nucleosomal histone H4 and H2A. This modification alters nucleosome-DNA interactions and facilitates binding with proteins that positively regulate transcription. The complex plays roles in oncogene-related growth induction, tumor suppressor-mediated growth arrest, replicative senescence, apoptosis, and DNA repair.
