Target Information
Actin 단백질은 세포 이동성, 구조 및 안정성에 중요한 역할을 하는 고도로 보존된 단백질 패밀리에 속합니다. 알파, 베타, 감마 액틴 아이소폼이 존재하며, 알파 액틴은 수축성 장치의 주요 구성 요소입니다. 본 항체는 골격근에서 발현되는 알파 액틴을 표적합니다. 해당 유전자 변이는 nemaline myopathy type 3 등 여러 선천성 근육질환과 관련이 있습니다.
