Target Information
PHACTR1 plays a role in cell motility and in the formation of tubules by endothelial cells.
PHACTR1 also binds actin monomers (G actin) and contributes to the reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton and formation of actin stress fibers.
Additionally, PHACTR1 regulates PPP1CA activity and is required for normal cell survival.
