Target Information
SH3BP1은 신호전달 경로의 특정 단백질 SH3 도메인에 선택적으로 결합합니다. ABL1, SRC, GRB2와 같은 단백질에 선호적으로 결합하며, Rac 관련 단백질에 대해 GAP 활성을 나타내지만 Rho 또는 Ras 관련 단백질에는 활성 없음이 보고되었습니다. 또한 PDGF에 의해 유도되는 Rac 매개 막 주름 형성을 억제합니다.
