Target Information

SH3BP1 단백질은 신호 전달 경로의 특정 단백질의 SH3 도메인과 차별적으로 결합합니다. 특히 ABL1 proto-oncogene, SRC, GRB2와 선호적으로 결합하며, Rac 관련 단백질에 대해 GAP 활성을 나타내지만 Rho 또는 Ras 관련 단백질에는 작용하지 않습니다. 또한 PDGF에 의해 유도되는 Rac 매개 막 주름 형성을 억제합니다.
