EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase)는 Polycomb-group (PcG) 패밀리 단백질로, 세포 세대에 걸쳐 유전자 전사 억제 상태를 유지하는 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 단백질은 EED, VAV1 온코단백질, X-linked nuclear protein과 상호작용하며, 조혈계 및 중추신경계 발달에 관여할 수 있습니다. EZH2 유전자 변이는 Weaver 증후군(WVS)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
