For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

RET (rearranged during transfection) is a receptor tyrosine kinase in the cadherin superfamily. It plays a vital role in neural crest development and can be activated oncogenically by cytogenetic rearrangements. RET mediates cell growth and differentiation signals.
Mutations in the RET gene are linked to multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIA and IIB, Hirschsprung disease, and medullary thyroid carcinoma.
Two transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified, with additional variants of uncertain biological validity.
