Our instrument offers interchangeable 96- and 24-magnet heads and heating blocks, providing you with the flexibility to adjust the sample throughput and volume as needed.

IQOQ Services Designed for Regulatory Compliance
We offer on-site installation qualification and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) services designed to help you comply with regulatory requirements. Instrument setup and IQOQ are included with instrument purchase, performed by Thermo Fisher qualified personnel. OQ is recommended after moving the instrument, upgrading software or hardware, planned maintenance, or critical repairs.

The AB Assurance Dx service plan will help keep your laboratory operations running smoothly with planned maintenance, qualification services, proactive instrument monitoring (where available), and—should your instruments require service—a timely response. This service plan is ideal for locations like clinical and IVD laboratories that depend on their IVD instruments and the need to reduce the risk of production downtime. Service and instrument hardware qualification documentation are provided as supporting proof of instrument performance and maintenance history for customer Quality Management Systems (QMS).
