Target Information
RARA는 레티노산 수용체로, 레티노산과 결합하여 RXR/RAR 이합체를 형성하고 표적 반응 요소(RARE)에 결합하여 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. 리간드 결합 시 전사 억제 복합체가 해리되고 활성화 복합체가 결합하여 전사 활성화를 유도합니다. RARA는 생식세포 발달, 골격 성장, 매트릭스 항상성 및 성장판 기능 조절에 필수적인 역할을 합니다. 또한 레티노산 유도성 과립세포 생성(granulopoiesis)을 매개합니다.
