이 과정은 골수 내 조혈세포의 세포자멸사, 증식 및 분화에 관여합니다.
FLT3 수용체의 지속적 활성화를 유발하는 돌연변이는 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML) 및 급성 림프모구성 백혈병(ALL)과 관련이 있습니다.
