Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ELF4 is a transcriptional activator that binds to DNA sequences containing the consensus 5′-WGGA-3′.
It acts synergistically with RUNX1 to transactivate the IL3 promoter and also activates the PRF1 promoter in natural killer (NK) cells.
ELF4 plays an important role in the development and function of NK and NKT cells, contributing to innate immunity.
