For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The RFC2 gene encodes a member of the activator 1 small subunits family. DNA polymerase delta and epsilon require accessory proteins such as PCNA and replication factor C (RFC) for elongation of primed DNA templates. RFC is a complex of five distinct subunits, and RFC2 encodes the 40 kDa subunit responsible for ATP binding and possibly promoting cell survival.
Disruption of this gene is associated with Williams syndrome. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. A pseudogene of RFC2 exists on chromosome 2.
