Target Information
c-Jun은 전사 인자로서 enhancer heptamer motif (5'-TGA[CG]TCA-3')에 결합합니다. HIPK3에 의해 인산화될 경우 NR5A1의 활성을 촉진하여 cAMP 신호 경로 자극 시 스테로이드 생성 관련 유전자 발현을 증가시킵니다. 또한 대장암 세포에서 활성화된 KRAS 매개 USP28 전사 활성화에 관여합니다.
