Target Information
Factor I는 세린 프로테아제로서 보체의 대체 경로 및 고전 경로 모두에서 조절 인자로 작용합니다. Factor I는 88 kDa의 단일 사슬 전구체로 합성되며, 활성형은 두 개의 이황화 결합된 사슬(a-chain 50 kDa, b-chain 38 kDa)로 구성됩니다. 혈장 내 농도는 약 35 µg/mL입니다.
