Anti-Rabbit secondary antibodies는 rabbit immunoglobulins에 대한 높은 특이성을 가지며, 검출, 분류 또는 정제 과정에서 유용하게 사용됩니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 다수의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 감도를 향상시킵니다. 일반적으로 목표 종(species)의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물에 면역화하여 생산되며, 추가적으로 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등으로 정제 및 변형되어 높은 특이도의 시약을 제공합니다.
