Target Information
PGAM5는 serine/threonine 잔기에 대한 phosphatase 활성을 가지며, MAP3K5 kinase를 탈인산화 및 활성화합니다. Phosphoglycerate mutase 활성은 없으며, 미토콘드리아 역학 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다. KEAP1 의존적 ubiquitin ligase complex의 기질로 작용하며, NFE2L2 의존적 유전자 발현 억제에 기여합니다. TNF, ROS, calcium ionophore에 의해 유도되는 programmed necrosis의 중심 매개체 역할을 합니다. [UniProt]
