- 재구성 시, 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 맞추는 것을 권장합니다.
- Carrier-free 형태로 제공되므로, 결합 실험(conjugation)을 위해서는 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 권장합니다.

Protein kinases는 인산기(phosphate group)를 ATP의 γ-phosphate로부터 기질 단백질의 아미노산으로 전달하는 효소로, 세포 내 신호전달, 대사 조절, 전사, 세포 주기, 세포골격 재배열, 세포 이동, 세포사멸 및 분화 등 다양한 생물학적 과정을 조절합니다.
500개 이상의 유전자 산물을 가진 단백질 키나아제 패밀리는 진핵세포에서 가장 큰 단백질 군 중 하나이며, 촉매 도메인의 서열 비교를 바탕으로 8개의 주요 그룹으로 분류됩니다.
AGC kinase 그룹에는 PKA, PKG, PKC, Akt, ARK, RSK 등 63종의 키나아제가 포함됩니다.
