Target Information
LOX-1 (lectin-like oxidized LDL receptor-1)은 40–50 kDa의 type II 막 결합형 glycoprotein으로, class E scavenger receptor에 속합니다. 주로 내피세포, 대식세포, 활성화된 혈소판 및 평활근 세포에서 발현됩니다. LOX-1은 oxidized LDL (oxLDL), hypochlorite-modified HDL, 노화/세포사멸 세포, 활성 혈소판 및 세균 등 다양한 리간드에 결합하여 폭넓은 생리학적 기능을 수행합니다.
