Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T 세포 및 B 세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM (immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motif)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소와 결합하여 신호를 조절합니다.
CD31은 혈관계 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며 주로 세포 간 접합부에 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합(homophilic binding)에 관여하며, 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 세포 부착, 내피세포 이동, 혈관신생, 세포자멸사, 면역수용체 신호의 음성 조절, 자가면역, 식세포 작용, 알레르기 반응 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 기능에 관여합니다.
혈관계의 주요 조절 분자 중 하나입니다.
