Product Specific Information
This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select the best production candidates.
Advantages include:
- High specificity and sensitivity
- Lot-to-lot consistency
- Animal origin-free formulation
- Broader immunoreactivity due to larger rabbit immune repertoire
This antibody has specificity for Mouse IFNGR1/CD119.
Target Information
The IFNGR1 gene encodes the ligand-binding (alpha) chain of the gamma interferon receptor. The human interferon-gamma receptor is a heterodimer of IFNGR1 and IFNGR2.
Genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection.
Defects in IFNGR1 can cause Mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease (familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection).
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
