Target Information

Akirin1 및 Akirin2 단백질은 NF-kappa-B 의존적 유전자의 전사를 조절하며, 면역 결핍 및 NF-kappa-B 경로에서 그람음성 세균에 대한 방어에 필수적인 핵 내 단백질입니다.
Akirin1은 생쥐에서 불필요하지만, Akirin2는 생쥐 발생에 필수적이며 TLR, TNF-α, IL-1β 신호 전달 후 IL-6 생성에 필요합니다.
Drosophila의 Akirin 단일 유전자와 기능적으로 유사하며, 동형접합체 돌연변이에서 중기~초기 배아 사멸이 나타납니다.
