Target Information
PDGFA-associated protein 1 (PDAP1) is a phosphoprotein that may upregulate PDGFA-stimulated fibroblast growth and downregulate PDGFB mitogenicity. In rodents, PDGFA has been shown to bind PDGFA with low affinity.
