Target Information
Mouse IgG는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 G 항체입니다.

두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있으며, 옵소닌화, 보체 활성화, 항체 의존성 세포독성 반응 등에 관여합니다.
