Target Information
DOK3 proteins act as adaptor or scaffolding proteins, providing docking platforms for multimolecular signaling complexes. DOK3 negatively regulates JNK signaling in B-cells via interaction with INPP5D/SHIP1 and may modulate ABL1 function.
