Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK)는 SRC 관련 TEC 하위계열에 속하는 세포질 티로신 키나아제로, 인간 B세포 발달과 면역결핍 질환에 관련된 유전자 변이와 연관되어 있습니다. BTK는 TLR4, 6, 8, 9와 같은 톨유사수용체(TLR) 계열 단백질과 상호작용하며, 선천 및 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 MyD88, TIRAP, IRAK 등 TLR4 신호 전달 단백질과 상호작용하지만 TRAF-6과는 상호작용하지 않아, BTK가 LPS 신호 전달에 관여함을 시사합니다.
