Product Specific Information
- IHC (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 min.

Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases implicated in carcinogenesis.
KLK5, along with other KLK family members such as KLK12, is expressed in various tissues including salivary gland, stomach, uterus, lung, thymus, prostate, colon, brain, thyroid, and trachea.
KLK5 has potential applications as a novel cancer biomarker.
