GRK5 is a serine/threonine kinase that regulates the activity of various G protein-coupled receptors and the motility of polymorphonuclear leukocytes. It phosphorylates activated G protein-coupled receptors, initiating their deactivation, and plays a role in leukocyte motility regulation.
