Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ATRIP is an 86 kDa protein phosphorylated by ATR, regulating ATR expression and functioning as an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint pathway. It localizes to intranuclear foci after DNA damage or replication inhibition.
