The PrepSEQ™ Rapid Spin Sample Prep Kit - Bead Beating is developed for the AFNOR-approved MicroSEQ™ Listeria species and Listeria monocytogenes Real-Time PCR detection workflows.
A combined spin and bead beating protocol efficiently lyses Listeria from a 750 μL aliquot of enriched food samples (those with little-to-no fat and lean meats) and simple environmental samples (swabs and sponges).
This kit is designed to meet the needs of lower throughput food laboratories.
