The pLenti4/V5-DEST™ Gateway™ Vector is a Gateway™-adapted ViraPower™ lentiviral expression vector for lentiviral-based expression of a target gene in dividing and non-dividing mammalian cells.
The vector utilizes the CMV promoter for constitutive expression and includes the Zeocin™ selection marker for stable selection in mammalian cells.
