Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by BCL2L14 belongs to the BCL2 family, which regulates apoptosis through hetero- or homodimer formation. Overexpression of this gene induces apoptosis.
Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding two distinct isoforms have been reported.
