Target Information
Galectin 3는 IgE에 결합하는 갈락토스 특이 렉틴으로, α3β1 integrin과 함께 CSPG4에 의해 유도되는 내피세포 이동을 매개할 수 있습니다. DMBT1과 함께 배아 초기의 원주 상피세포의 최종 분화를 위해 필요하며, 핵 내에서는 pre-mRNA 스플라이싱 인자로 작용합니다. 또한 급성 염증 반응, 호중구 활성화 및 부착, 단핵구/대식세포의 화학주성, 사멸 호중구의 옵소닌화, 비만세포 활성화 등에 관여합니다.
