Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by the PROCR gene acts as a receptor for activated protein C, a serine protease involved in the blood coagulation pathway. It is a type I N-glycosylated membrane protein that enhances protein C activation.
Mutations in this gene are associated with venous thromboembolism, myocardial infarction, and late fetal loss during pregnancy.
