This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The DNA sequences encoding specific antibodies from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select optimal candidates.

This antibody specifically recognizes Mouse Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule (ESAM).
Target Information
ESAM is a 55-kDa membrane protein composed of two extracellular Ig domains, a single transmembrane domain, and a 120 amino acid cytoplasmic domain. It is related to the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family and expressed on endothelial cells and activated platelets.
ESAM at endothelial tight junctions regulates vascular permeability in response to factors such as VEGF or extravasating neutrophils.
