ZNF274은 다섯 개의 C2H2-type zinc finger domain, 하나 또는 두 개의 KRAB A domain, 그리고 leucine-rich domain을 포함한 zinc finger 단백질입니다. 전사 억제 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있으며, 주로 핵소체(nucleolus)에 위치합니다.
