Product Specific Information

For FACS analysis, use 10 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10^6 cells in 100 µL.

Target Information

Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of specific targets. Secondary antibodies offer increased versatility, enabling use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence). They also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.

Most commonly, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species. They can be further purified and modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
