Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Cytokeratin 19 belongs to the intermediate filament protein family, exhibiting biochemical diversity across human epithelial tissues.
Human cytokeratins range in molecular weight from 40–68 kDa and isoelectric pH between 4.9–7.8, numbered from 1 to 20.
Expression patterns of cytokeratin subtypes are useful for distinguishing epithelial malignancies and assessing tissue differentiation.
Cytokeratin 19 is not expressed in hepatocytes, making it valuable for identifying liver metastases.
Cytokeratin antibodies are widely used in immunohistochemistry, cytopathology, and flow cytometry assays.
